At Homecooked Harmony, we offer local delivery of freshly prepared, home-cooked meals straight to your door. Below is our delivery policy to help you understand how we operate and what to expect.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following locations:
Nottingham/Nottinghamshire

Delivery Days & Times
Deliveries are made on:
Mondays and Thursdays
Delivery times are typically between 9:00 AM and 15:00 PM
You will receive a confirmation email or message with your delivery details.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM the day before delivery to ensure inclusion in the next delivery round. Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the next available delivery day or cancelled.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery during the stated delivery window. If you’re not home, you may provide a safe place for your order to be left. Please note that we are not responsible for loss or spoilage once the delivery has been made to your specified location.
Packaging & Food Safety
All meals are packaged with care and transported in temperature-controlled containers to ensure food stays fresh during delivery. We recommend refrigerating or consuming your meal shortly after it’s delivered.
Missed Deliveries
If we are unable to complete your delivery due to incorrect details, lack of access, or no safe drop-off location, we may not be able to reattempt delivery the same day. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
