Homecooked Harmony provides freshly prepared, home-cooked meals delivered directly to customers. All meals are made to order based on customer selections and delivered on specified dates.

2. Orders

• All orders must be placed by the deadline stated on the website or social media channels.

• Orders are subject to availability and may be declined or modified at our discretion.

• Once confirmed, an order is considered final unless cancelled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and full refunds are available up to 3:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery.

• After this time, refunds cannot be issued due to preparation and ingredient costs already incurred.

• If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at homecookedharmonyuk@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to find a suitable resolution.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.

• While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and others. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

5. Delivery

• Deliveries are made within our designated delivery area, which will be confirmed at the time of order.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to accept the delivery or provide safe instructions for drop-off.

• We are not liable for food spoilage if no one is available to receive the order.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order, via the payment methods provided on the website.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its proper operation.

• All content, images, and branding are the property of Homecooked Harmony and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
